Ok everyone I have looked long and hard and have yet to find a lot of info on the Tripple Pisser Kit. I want to know its difficulty to install and how good the instructions are from Skiworx? If anyone has this kit and the info and the time frame to install would be greatly appreciated! Thanks guys!
Instructions: Not much from what I remember but then I if they were in there I didn't look for them.
Difficulty: Pretty simple. remove the old cooling lines from fittings. remove 90o fittings and replace with straight fittings. pick new location for triple pisser's. Or use old location and add 2 ea. holes. Install the pissers. cut new hoses and run the head fittings. Re-route old cooling line so that they connect and no water flows in.
Time: depends on skill level but I would say no more than 2 hrs if you take your time. Hardest part is tieing off old hoses at the transom.
Tools needed: common screw driver, Drill, can't remember if it's 1/2" or 3/8" size drill bit, adjustable cresent wrench. Hope that helps.. if i've left something out maybe someone will chime in. Ken
i just installed mine a few weeks ago, ken's reply is right on,took me about 1.5 taking my time.
the kit does come with easy to follow directions, just a small peice of paper and easy to miss in the package, but they are there.
just take your time when you decide on the location(i just used the stock location and drilled 2 more holes.
the only thing i can think of off hand that ken did not mention is use some silicone on the 45 degree outlets on the hull so they dont move or leak after being installed.let the silicone set overnight in the hull before you install the hoses from the cyliders.
also you will need to remove a few head acorn nuts from the head to get the old 90 degree fittings off the head...you need a torque wrench to reinstall the acorn head nuts, torque to 22 pounds foot.
Ive installed a triple pisser kit and get no flow out of water when providing water pressure via flush port....what am I missing? The flush fitting is not
clogged.
Are you getting water out of anywhere else? You should be seeing water coming out of the pump, out of 1 outlet above the pump, and then the 3 head fittings.
If nothing is clogged, might just not have enough pressure to get water to come out.
It does take a few minutes to fill the block and exhaust enough to force the water out the pissers. On the water it still takes a minute or two to see
anything come out. If you still don't see anything first try turning up the water pressure and then if nothing start looking for a leak. Pull your plugs
to see if water is getting into the cylinders and check for a hose or fitting loose or broken.. Ken

Can you give some more info? Was the ski running? Is this one of our kits or home made? How long did you
let it run? Do you have good water pressure at your garden hose? Could you have clogged the head fitting with sealant or tape? With this info I should be able
to help..
I cranked the motor, applied fullline pressure...and it began flowing.
I may have had my ball valve partially closed...doh
I took 3/8 npt fittings, pressed aluminum bushings from Ace Hdware into the thd hole end, pinged a burr to hold the busing, drilled it to oem diameter.
on another note...
Can I mount renthal bars to my stock bar clamp? Is there a mod for this?

On an Ultra 150 The stock bars have a V shaped clamping point and outside of maybe some Standup bars nothing will fit. Beside the stock mounts look like
crap so only a UMI set-up would work. Ken
