 I have been having a problem with the ultra not running correct.  I pulled the heads off and noticed the cylinder towards the muffler is the problem.  The
head was clean (seen in pic 104) not black or anything like the other two.  Im figuring water is getting in the cylinder.  Makes sense because the ski will not
idle but runs decent.  The exhaust just shoots black water and smoke out the pipe.  My exhaust manifold is clean also.  Im wondering if I just replace all the
gaskets... ]]></description>

out the exhaust when cold starting. Took it out recently and the thing has a &quot;whirring sound&quot; coming from the engine compartment. It almost sounds

			<description><![CDATA[ Launched in Tampa Bay early this AM - and went back to play &quot;Pro-Stock&quot; Jet-Ski&#39;ers back in the shallows by the mangroves as the mangroves make
for an incredible obstacle course - all the while taking advantage of high tide in the AM. Saw a dolphin back there and just enjoyed her presence. One thing I
did notice was a lot of weeds and leaves in the H2O at this time of the year - even at the current 87*F water temperature.

			<description><![CDATA[ I&#39;m officially out of ideas.  I have a newly rebuilt engine with Skiworx milled heads and CV mod.  My ski will only rev to right under 6k rpm&#39;s. 
Compression check right after my ride tonigh saw 125 across the board.  Here are the issues I&#39;m having:

1)  Hole shot - There is a second or two delay before it catches and takes off.  After it catches it seems to run good.  Ski instantly revs to 4k during

O.k., 2005 ultra 150, bought from dealer in 2006, had about 20 hrs. on it, have put about 20 more on it.

Havent used the ski in over a year, it has been covered up, rinsed off/out, the run for a few minutes, no problem!
